At the CILAS device a zero value measurement is executed F1 . After termination of the measurement the rinsing cycle is started F4 . The results of measurement are documented by printout of the data. This printout is attached to the manufacturing prescription. From the standard screen one arrives over the key sequence F7 Esc Esc F5 to the input mask for the test parameters. After termination of the measurement the result printout is released and the device is prepared for the next measurement. Analysis The measured values with given the grain size are compared with the pre-set values. Standard default values - Normal powders 25 - 40 smaller 32 pm - DISC- powders 40 - 50 smaller 32 pm These values apply to normal productions deviations from it are noted at the prescription.
