Overview Pillar training provided to organization leadership team and other IWS resources. 4. Conduct a Behavior Assessment LAT. 5. Leadership team trained on the principles and understands and aligns to the required new behaviors to achieve the CBN. 6. Behavior observation systems put in place to measure Leadership and Organization Behaviors identified in zero loss journey. Step 3 Checklist 1. Identify gaps in current results versus business situation. 2. Identify behaviors that influence current results. 3. Identify defects in the current organization design that require correction. 4. Identify the real strategy and understand the gap between that and the articulated strategy. 5. Compare the real strategy to the business situation. Step 4 Checklist 1. Conduct a baseline IKEA prior to developing the Pillar Master Plan. 2. Based on the site s master plan establish tasks timing critical path milestones and resources for the Pillar implementation. 3.
