An annoying obstacle to speedy communication was that all official messages had to be cleared first by attorneys from all the parties involved. We did not find a satisfactory way around this problem except for the many face-to-face sessions we conducted. As the waiting for the closure dragged on we introduced Radio Seagram regular .
