On the other hand Health and safety management system HSMS has changed its facet from obligatory requirement to a Legal requirement. The Governments from across the world has increased focus on HSMS and are changing the legal regulations accordingly. In this highly regulated environment it is required by all organizations to change its reactive approach to proactive approach.
