Toxicities include 628 VIII COMMONLY USED MEDICATIONS allergic reactions high-frequency hearing loss peripheral stocking-glove type neuropathy cardiotoxicity hypomagnesemia mild myelosuppression and hepatotoxicity. CITRATE AND CITRIC ACID BICITRA Indications Metabolic acidosis. Actions Alkalinizing agent. Dosage 2-3 mEq kg day PO divided 3-4 times daily or 5-15 mL after meals and at bedtime. Supplied Oral solution
