Newer interventional techniques and tools developed over the last 20 years are now able to treat the majority of common congenital lesions in the catheterization laboratory instead of the operating suite. This chapter will detail percutaneous interventional techniques for treating the most common congenital cardiac lesions seen in adults including patent foramen ovale PFO atrial septal defect ASD patent ductus arteriosus PDA coarctation of the aorta valvar pulmonary stenosis and branch pulmonary artery stenosis.
