Dr. Miller is the police psychologist for the West Palm Beach Police Department and mental health advisor for Troop L of the Florida Highway Patrol. He is a forensic psychological examiner for the Palm Beach County Court and a consultant with Palm Beach County Victim Services. Dr. Miller serves as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases and is a consulting psychologist with several regional and national law enforcement agencies government organizations and private corporations.
