Prerequisites There are no prerequisites for this activity. Materials The Ferguson and Bardell Inc. case study. Time to complete this activity 60 minutes followed by a 10 minute discussion. Scenario The Ferguson and Bardell project team has determined that the client billing process is the highest risk part of the required solution and therefore should be the first part designed.
