Due to special characteristics of Vehicular Networks, QoS (Quality of Service) provisioning in these networks is a challenging task. QoS refers to the capability of a network to provide better service to selected network traffic over various technologies. It is also able to provide internet connectivity and many different services to the users. Vehicular Networks, provides Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V), Vehicle to Roadside (V2R) and Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) communications and it plays an important role in Intelligent Transportation System.
