The specific diagnosis includes true IPT IPT-like follicular dendritic cell tumor and inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. Vascular tumors of the spleen have a broad range of histologic appearance and clinical behavior. A wide range is illustrated including SANT littoral cell angioma and angiosarcoma. Finally a broad array of tumors metastatic to the spleen is illustrated. .
