Eighty-eight percent of firms reported paying more for construction materials in 2012 compared to the previous year, while 90 percent report they expect materials prices to again increase in 2013. Provide instruction to adults who lack the required literacy and basic skills to prepare them for successful transition to goals related to the five goal paths Employment Apprenticeship Post-Secondary Education Secondary School Credit and Independence. 2.
