As requested the two arrived a few minutes early for the appointment completing the necessary intake and consent forms as well as the outcome measure in the reception area while waiting to meet the therapist. The intake forms requested basic information required by the state in which services were offered. The outcome measure used was the ORS Miller Duncan 2000b . In this practice the entire process takes about 5 minutes to complete. One attractive feature of an outcome-informed approach is an immediate decrease in the process-oriented paperwork and external management schemes that govern modern clinical practice.
