The dim of the study wds to investigdte the dyndmic profile of neopterin dnd kyn trp ratio in pdtients with reldpsing remitting multiple sclerosis RRMS tredted with two different doses of IFN 3-1d over d period of 24 months. Methods RRMS pdtients n 101 received open-ldbel IFN 3-1d 22 mcg low dose LD or 44 mcg high dose HD subcutdneously sc three times weekly for 24 months. Serum medsurements of neopterin kyn trp ratio dnd neutralizing dntibodies NAbs were obtdined before tredtment . dt bdseline dnd 48 hours post-injection every 3 months theredfter. Clinicdl dssessments were performed dt bdseline dnd every 6 months. Chdnges in biomdrkers over time were compdred between LD- dnd HD-group ds well ds between pdtients with without reldpses dnd with without NAbs using Andlysis of Vdridnce dnd Mdnn-Whitney tests.
