The financial crisis has, to put it mildly, seriously challenged our traditional approach to risk management. Consequently, a number of individuals and institutions have advanced ideas for improving not only the analytical framework, but also the status and relevance of risk management. Introduction The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority KHEAA created in 1966 has administered student aid programs to help Kentuckians pay their higher education expenses throughout its 40-year history. This edition of the Student Finanical Aid Data Book focuses on KHEAA-administered student financial aid programs for Kentucky residents attending postsecondary schools for a five-year period from 2002-2003 through 2006-07.
