The recipes are clear enough even for a child to follow although it must be said that a child might have difficulty lifting the book since it weighs nearly 2kgl . There are helpful line drawings showing some of the preparation techniques including the correct way to slice bread. All in all this is a superb book which should provide inspiration for all sandwich makers whether they are beginners or old hands . Only the rather steep price of 35 may prevent it from becoming the .
