By using a fixed categorization structure in Revit you re able to quickly identify elements control their visibility and graphics and generate reports based on this information. The data is highly structured but you have tremendous liberty when it comes to the representation of that data. This flexibility lets you have as many views as you want and or need to convey your design intent.
