However, to activate English club’s activities as strongly as possible, with the specifically educational orientation, will require the educators to pay a lot of time on designing a systematic and reliable out-of-class learning curriculum. To the extent of this article, the author tries to address the real situation in holding English club’s activities, then gives some suggested solutions to promote its role and influence on teaching and learning English at Hochiminh City University of Transport.
