An example of something working incorrectly is when you try to apply a shape tween to grouped imported objects. Flash can t apply a shape tween to imported objects especially groups of them. Before you can apply the shape tween to groups of imported objects you must first convert the groups into actual Flash artwork using the Ungroup command.
