Invitations to the KEF Masterclass Third Mission 3rd place or no place will be extended to senior HE sector representatives. It will concentrate on how to develop strategic approaches to overall third mission activities. An analysis of all consultation outcomes will be submitted to the Higher Education Funding Council HEFCW on 14 March and reflected in the circular to be published in April 2003 requesting updated HEED Plans from institutions. .
