To evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention to improve the medical examination and treatment capacity of the commune health stations in the border areas of the Tay Nguyen. Subjects and methods: Intervention study with the commune health station and 240 households in Iapuch (intervention commune), the commune health station and 240 households in Iamo (control commune) from June 2015 to June 2016. Results: The average number of patient visits of the intervention group increased from to visits per person per year (an increase of visits per person per year). Interventions effectiveness was .
