They re happy with the overall design but they want you to add motion to the icons in an effort to modernize the look and feel. Your agency built the original site so you can work from the original Adobe Illustrator files. This project incorporates the following skills Importing the client s original icons Modifying the imported Adobe Illustrator files as necessary to facilitate the animation process Animating each of the five existing logos according to the specifications set by the client and your art director Developing each animation so it runs the required amount of time before starting over again Testing each animation to ensure its quality Saving each of the five icons independently so they can automatically load on the client s site Client Comments We want to add movement to our site to make it more interesting and a bit more modern. Just about everyone else in our industry has animations on their sites and we don t want our prospective students to think we re not keeping up with the latest technologies. We have five logos and we re not sure what we want them to do. We know we want the clouds to move across the sky in the first icon and maybe the instructor in the second one should pace back and forth across the room. For the other three we welcome your creative input. M c 0 E E o V o 0 Q I m having the HTML people do the work on the site and I want you to create the animated Flash movies. Once you ve created animated versions of the five logos and exported the SWF files into the site s images folder the HTML will automatically incorporate the icons in the Web page. Make sure each animation runs for 3 seconds at 15 frames per second they ll loop when they re seen on the site. The client has her own ideas for the first two icons so follow those instructions. The third icon shows a person standing in front of an audience .
