As of December 2017 submissions have been kept at average of nearly 100 papers in 4 volumes as same as recent years with involvement of hundreds of scientists and researchers in whole country. However with the great efforts of the editorial board a special volume in English has been preparing to publish in the beginning of 2018. This is really a milestone that the journal will reach to the internationalized publication where foreign scientists may join and share their advanced researches results in the aspect of marine science and technology maritime economics as well as the related social science. Its initial success is attributed to many factors such as the important and strict policy that regulates exactly the timeliness of review and publication for each volume and the application of the anti-plagiarism software that step-by-step creates integrity of papers. As a New Year s resolution we will make more improvement in both of quantity and quality of the papers with regards to achieve the university s goals of education and scientific research activities. And we also will maintain and develop the English volume for next year as the annual publication providing a forum for both local and overseas readers and authors to exchange ideas on .
