Patient satisfaction is a subjective and challenging perception, linking physical, expressive, psychological, societal, and cultural factors. Dissatisfaction arises if the patient feels an inconsistency between expected and delivered care. Usually health care satisfactions are very high and according to many studies levels of satisfaction are above 85% and patient’s satisfaction in terms of anesthesia is not very different. |
