Methods A cross section study conducted on 123 patients with lobar pneumonia at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. Results The study described 123 pediatric lobar pneumonia patients diagnosed and treated at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. The results showed that fever accounted for 98.6 followed by coughs at 93.8 . These were the two most common symptoms concerned that the family took them to a hospital. Patients with CRP from 6-30 mg L accounted for 76.6 and patients with CRP above 30 mg L accounted for 9.5 . Strep. Pneumoniae accounted for 51 0 and Strep Viridans accounted for 34 0 in nasopharyngeal swab. There were more lesion images on CT SCAN than that on X-rays. Consolidation was recorded in 80.5 of 99 children. 100 patients was completely cured only 6 cases with more than 20 days of treatment accounted for 5.2 . Conclusions Most children have fever and cough CT images with consolidation in the lungs accounted for a high proportion in all children.
