This research was conducted in August 2019. The number of samples in this study as many as 31 people. The independent variable in this study consisted of communication X1 work standards X2 and empowerment X3 while the dependent variable is job satisfaction Y . Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that communication employment standards and labor empowerment simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially that communication employment standards and labor empowerment significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
