The preliminary results of our work were presented in our Statement for the Record GAO T-RCED90-23 submitted for the February 1 1990. House Committee on Ways and Means hearings on certain alcohol fuel tax and ưade initiatives. As arranged with your office we plan no further distribution of this report until 30 days from the date of this letter.
