Between the mid-1950s and mid-1960s, Arnaldo Pomodoro perfected his technique of casting in the negative/positive process, in which the artist works initially in clay or plaster, carving or gouging out his motifs as negative images; when cast, these elements are reversed and transposed into the positive forms of the final sculpture. SUMMARY The Commission has determined that a general exclusion order pursuant to section 337 d of the Tariff Act of 1930 19 u.s.c. 1337 d is the appropriate remedy for the violations of section 337 found to exist in the above-captioned investigation that the public interest considerations enumerated in section 337 d do not preclude the issuance of such an order and that the amount of the bond during the Presidential review period shall be 165 percent of the entered value of the imported articles.
