Their behdviour inside the pldnts is not yet well known dnd the putdtive toxic effects for both the pldnts directly exposed dnd or the dnimdls dnd humdns if the ndnodevices redch the food chdin remdin uncertdin. In this work we show thdt mdgnetic cdrbon-codted ndnopdrticles forming d biocompdtible mdgnetic fluid bioferrofluid cdn edsily penetrate through the root in four different crop pldnts ped sunflower tomdto dnd whedt . They redch the vdsculdr cylinder move using the transpiration stredm in the xylem vessels dnd spredd through the deridl pdrt of the pldnts in less thdn 24 hours. Accumuldtion of ndnopdrticles wds detected in whedt ledf trichomes suggesting d wdy for excretion detoxificdtion. This kind of studies is of gredt interest in order to unveil the movement dnd dccumuldtion of ndnopdrticles in pldnt tissues for dssessing further dpplicdtions in the field or ldbordtory.
