INTRODUCTION In Southern Vietnam traditional wet market supply chains for agricultural fresh food are now giving way to new supermarket-led supply chain systems. The rapid transformation in the fruit and vegetables sector is due to the meteoric rise of supermarkets hypermarkets superstores neighborhood stores convenience stores discount stores in Southern Vietnam.
