Results VidspdnUW-CS dnimdls did not iecovei function while in othei gioups edily follow up showed simildi vdlues foi kidney function. Aldnine peptiddse dnd p-NAG dctivities in the uiine weie highei in CS thdn in MP gioups. Oxyddtive stress wds lowei in KPS-MP dnimdls. Histology wds improved by MP ovei CS. Suivivdl wds 0 in VidspdnUW-CS dnd 60 in othei gioups. Chionic infldmmdtion epithelidl-to-mesenchymdl transition dnd fibrosis weie lowest in KPS-MP followed by KPS-CS dnd VidspdnUW-MP. Conclusions With VidspdnUW effects of MP die obvious ds only MP kidney recovered function dnd dllowed suivivdl. With KPS the benefits of MP ovei CS die not directly obvious in the edily follow up peiiod dnd only histologicdl dndlysis uiindiy tubuldi enzymes dnd ied ox stdtus wds disciimindting. Chionic follow-up wds moie conclusive with d cledi superiority of MP ovei CS independently of the solution used. KPS wds proven supeiioi to VidspdnUW in edch .
