Pour into sterile Petri dishes or distribute into sterile tubes. Use For the isolation and differentiation of Corynebacterium diphthe-riae strains. This medium permits very rapid growth of all types of Corynebacterium diphtheriae so that diagnosis is possible after 18 hours incubation.
