Members, including alternate members, of the Article 6 Supervisory Committee shall be nominated by the relevant constituencies referred to in paragraph 4 above and be elected by the COP/MOP. The COP/MOP shall elect to the Article 6 Supervisory Committee five members and five alternate members for a term of two years and five members and five alternate members for a term of three years.
