Under the umbrella of Rapid-X (Udroiu & Ivan, 2008) there are some specific terms such as: Rapid Product Development (RPD), Rapid Technology, Rapid Nanotechnology, Rapid Prototyping (RP), Rapid Tooling (RT) and Rapid Manufacturing (RM).
