You also can supplement manual monitoring with a server-based self-monitoring system based on features of the Windows Server 2003 operating system. To do this follow these steps 1. Find and right-click the service in the Computer Management Services and Applications Services container. This opens the Properties dialog box for the service see Figure 14.2 .
