Research method Using a controlled intervention study method the study used Clomiphene citrate Letrozole and Gonadotropin alone or in combination to stimulate ovulation. Results Traditional medicine cycle therapy for the treatment of Infertile Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome PCOS patients with a diagnosis of infertile PCOS were randomly assigned to 2 groups starting on day 5 of their menstrual cycle and the control group received Clomiphene Citrate 50mg on day 5. 5th - 9th of the cycle the observation group used traditional medicine cycle therapy which was treated for 3 consecutive months. Results of the observation group had the ovulation and pregnancy rates of 80 56 respectively higher than the control group 46 and 30 LH index and the ratio LH FSH E2 Testosterone in the group. All observa- tions improved better than the control group. Conclusion Ovulation disorder is one of the main causes of infertility in women of reproduc- tive age with complex causes and mechanisms. Current treatment mainly focuses on ovarian stimulation ovulation stimulation although effective in assisted reproduction but in controlling unwanted effects such as multiple pregnancy or ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. .
