Wood industry is a critical industry which accommodates an increasing export up to 300 in three years. Data collected by a survey of stratified random sampling of 350 manufacturing workers at three factories of Tran Duc group. A Likert-scale type questionnaire was used to detect employment attitudes job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the .
