The aim of our in vitro study was to assess the potential effect of BPF on H295R cells mitochondrial activity, metabolic activity, membrane integrity, lysosomal function, and testosterone synthesis. Adrenocortical carcinoma cells were cultivated during 24 h in the presence of BPF (0.1, 0.5, 1, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 300, 500 μM).
