Moringa is an outstanding source of multi nutritional components. Almost every part of this tree holds products useful for human health. Moringa oleifera contains essential amino acids, carotenoids in leaves, and components with nutraceutical properties, supporting the idea of using this plant as a nutritional supplement or constituent in food preparation. It has proved to be an excellent source of phytonutrients and has therefore nutritional and medicinal applications for both human and animals.
