Urinary tract infections are the commonest infectious disease, seeking medical consultation and antibiotic therapy worldwide. Klebsiella pneumonia is among the most common uropathogen responsible for recurrent infections and it antimicrobial susceptibility to commonly prescribed drugs vary significantly in different regions.
