The objective of the study is to reveal the seasonal variations in the wastewater quality with respect to heavy metal contamination. To get the extent of the heavy metals contamination, wastewater samples were collected from 5 different locations from in and around river Narmada during the Winter, Summer, Monsoon Rainy and Post- Monsoon seasons. The concentration of heavy metals, such as lead, copper, manganese, zinc, cadmium, irons and chromium were determined using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). | Seasonal variation of heavy metals in pre and post-treatment sites of waste water treatment plant at River Narmada, Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh, India
