A field experiment was conducted to study the efficacy of newer insecticides against okra leafhopper, Amrasca biguttula biguttula (Ishida) during Kharif 2018 at AHRS, Bhavikere, UAHS, Shivamogga Karnataka. The results revealed that, Acetamiprid 20% SP @ 0.3 g/l was found to be most effective against leafhopper with higher per cent reduction of leafhopper population (83.06 per cent), followed by Imidacloprid 17.8 % SL @ 0.5 ml/l, Acephate 75 % SP @ 1 g/l, and Afidopyropen 50 DC @ 2ml /l which recorded 82.91, 77.48, and 76.59 per cent reduction in the pest population, respectively. | Bio-efficacy of Insecticides against Okra Leafhopper, Amrasca biguttula biguttula (Ishida)
