In this work, we study a semiconductor-based photocatalyst MoO3 synthesized using three simple techniques, including as-prepared, hydrothermal and microwave-assisted methods. The obtained samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy. We found a better crystallinity in the nanoparticles synthesized by the microwave-assisted method in comparison to those synthesized by the other methods. | A structural characterization of MoO3 material prepared using three different methods
