On the basis of the season when floods happen, and the practice of plants in Thua Thien Hue and ecological laws,we determine particular plantting seasons for some seasonal crops so that we can avoid floods and adverse weathers in their development (table 4). The appropriate production seasons we propose is based upon the most frequency of floods whose progress and distribution has been very conplex. For this reason, the use of the proposed production seasons must be flexible according to particular year, particular regions in order to restrict to the maximum risk in production.
