When the user accesses online help about a new feature such as the product availability page you will need to show that the online help window appears. You don t need to add the actual online help text only show that the online help text will appear when the user accesses the help system. In sum you need to familiarize yourself with the application so that you can accurately replicate some of the features such as audio cues .
