This paper proposes methods for developing digital signature scheme based on the difficulty of the discrete logarithm problem. I. PROBLEM POSING In electronic transactions e-government e-commerce . digital signature is used to meet the authentication requirements of origin and integrity information. Currently the digital signature has been widely applied in egovernment e-commerce . in the world and initially deployed in Vietnam. Therefore it is required to be set out the digital signature scheme research - development to design - manufacture new products safe equipment and information security in the country. This paper proposes methods for developing digital signature scheme based on the difficulty of the discrete logarithm problem and some digital signature schema have been developed in this general method.
