Research objcetive: Clarify the objective requirements of thai binh provincial party committee’s leadership in agricultural economic development from 2001 to 2010. Analyze, interpret to clarify the policy and direction of Thai Binh provincial party committee in agricultural economic development from 2001 to 2010. | From the leadership process of Thai Binh provincial Party committee in agricultural economic development (2001 - 2010), the thesis outlines four advantages and specifies three restrictions, while clarifying objective, subjective reasons of these advantages and restrictions. Thereby, confirm the correctness and creativity in policy and directing the implementation of agricultural economic development of the provincial Party committee, confirm the leadership role of the provincial Party committee and implementation stages of the authorities, functional agencies and the role of the masses in developing agricultural economy. Those are important factors deciding to make the agricultural economy of Thai Binh province (2001 - 2010) comprehensively, strongly developed, making Thai Binh from an agricultural province turn into a province with the economic structure of agriculture - industry - service towards the modernity, building Thai Binh province with modern economic structure of agriculture - industry - service.
