His research work and academic appointments have taken him to Asia Africa and countries in Europe where he has given more than a hundred invited lectures workshops and seminars. With extensive and varied experience in UN Oxfam and other non-government organisations he has run courses in research and modern teaching methods interviewing and other aspects of management.
