Abstract Background The Osteoporosis Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire OPSAT-Q is a new measure of patient satisfaction with bisphosphonate treatment for osteoporosis. The objective of this study was to evaluate the psychometric characteristics of the OPSAT-Q.
