To create a matching criteria rule complete the following steps 1. Launch Windows System Resource Manager by clicking Start All Programs Administrative Tools Windows System Resource Manager. 2. Right-click the Process Matching Criteria item in the WSRM console and select New Process Matching Criteria. 3. Enter a unique name for the matching criteria in the Criteria Name box at the top and click Add under the Rules section. a.
