For enhancing TOT training quality 14 experts in various aspects of integrated cashew improvement technology in Australia and Vietnam were invited to be TOT master trainers. A total of 112 plant protectionists with extensive experience in rice and or vegetable IPM programs or in FFS training were chosen for this cashew IPM training.
